If you want a legitimate way to 15d6 at 20th, then here you go. Either play a human or Xeph warlock and take the following feat chain: 1st - Point Blank Shot, (if Human, take Wild Talent as your bonus), 3rd - Psionic Shot, 6th - Maximize Spell-Like (blast), 9th - Improved Psionic Shot, 12th - Psionic Meditation, 15th - Quicken Spell-like (blast), 18th - Empower Spell-like (blast) Equip your character with a Greater Chasuble of Fell Power (+2d6 to blast). Then take a move equivalent action every round to gain your psionic focus, then release your psionic focus when you shoot your eldritch blast. 9d6 (base) + 2d6 (chasuble) + 4d6 (imp psionic shot) = 15d6 every round. Here's the beauty. Keep a Warlock's scepter around. If you start the round with your psionic focus (common in the first round of combat), fire a quickened-maximized-empowered imp psionic shot vitriolic blast with 2 scepter charges for an average of 132 points with your swift action. Then, with your move action collect your psionic focus. In your standard action fire a maximized-empowered imp psionic shot vitriolic blast with 3 scepter charges for an average of 140 points. If you target has acid immunity you may have a problem, but that 272 points in one round that uses touch attack, ignores SR, and deals an additional 31 points per round for the next 4 rounds, for a grand total of 396 points, not counting any additional damage you are dealing to in the meantime. That is not 'crud damage'. EDIT: I understand that this is all a one-round one-trick pony, but the warlock's invocations give it flexibility, plus 15d6 every round ad infinitum is nothing to sneeze at.
