I would caution that you need to run that by your GM though. I personally would allow it as part of the deal to your warlock patron and due to the text of the ability "you see normally" contrasting to blind not being normal state of site but due to an illness or other infliction such as your eyes getting remove from your head. I would clarify it just returns you to normal which makes exactly the same as everyone else with the same issues and requirements just that you can all so basically at bright day time levels up to 120ft because that all the spell does. You don't get xray vision to see through blindfolds and as you can see you are subject to any and all magic that might blind since nothing says you are not. I would also allow it because it makes a pretty awesome reason for someone to make a pact to a patron and its just a good story hook.
You do not need for dark-vision in fact because you see normally, unlike darkvision you can see in color and your immune to the Ranger subclass Gloom Stalker ability Umber Sight since your not relying on darkvision to see in the dark. In regards to "you still need sight" it does not give you X-ray vision so a blindfold will block your sight for sure. As far as being magically blinded it does not make you immune to magic that causes a blinding effect... however, if you were naturally blind or even missing your eyes it could theoretically allow you to see normally since that is the text.
