Currently, several mages (including myself) have cast Continual Flame on items owned by other players. Be warned, that if this spell is cast, it adds to the items level. Depending on various issues with the level of the user, the level of the item, etc., this may generate the following error when they next try to connect to the server:
[ Invalid Character - Player login refused - Item equipped with an "Item Level" disallowed by server restrictions ]
Also, beware of the following scenario:
1. User obtains new high level item.
2. User obtains level high enough to use item.
3. User equips item, immediatly after leveling.
4. User dies, and looses their new level.
5. User is disconnected from the server.
6. User attempts to re-connect to server.
7. User will likely be given a [ Invalid Character - Player login refused - Item equipped with an "Item Level" disallowed by server restrictions ] error.
This type of "ban" from the server requires personal attention from a DM.
It might take a day or 2 to resolve.
So please, folks, be careful
