It's unrealistic to assume every arcane caster you face is going to be a straight Wizard 20. What about a Human Wizard 5/Loremaster 4/Divine Oracle 2/Initiative of the Sevenfold Veil 7/Archmage 2? IotSV give the Wizard plenty of defensive options against you before even casting a single spell. The Wizard doesn't need True Strike to hit your AC. (I'm ignoring the fact that it shouldn't be targeting your AC most of the time.) It could just Shapechange in to something with a high strength, or a high dexterity for ranged touch attacks.</p></blockquote><p></p>
