Do you guys remember the Way of the Tiger game books?: Way of the Tiger - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
By guys in the great early British game books scene (Fabled Lands, FF etc). I loved these books as a teen, went well with my (normal teen geek) anything oriental is AWESOME phase... 'yes a katana can cut through a rifle barrel, yes ninjas were the pinnacle of all fighting men'... which I thankfully grew out of! However I still have those gamebooks, and they are well done. So in the same style of Fabled Lands, which rules wise I was a little disappointed in but the fluff not, Megara are doing a RPG based on Orb, the world of Way of the Tiger.
Fabled Lands: Orbsome news
Looks like the game books will be republished as well, as have Fighting Fantasy and Lone Wolf. I love this gamebook revival, nostalgia central! Can't wait to see Orb the RPG.
