[Way OT] Does anyone here use Live Journal?

Live Journal has cast it's spell on me. I've become an avid reader of other people's lives (for which you can blame Angelsboi :D), and now I'd like to get in on the authoring side of it. Problem is, I've got no real idea how these web-journal things work. If anyone here uses Live Journal, and could give me a few pointers on getting started, I'd be really grateful.

I started a post a few weeks ago asking the same thing.
A number of Enworlders have accounts.

Mine is ArthurQ same as here.
There is even an Enworld Community.

So, how does it all work? How do you set up an account, and how complex is getting your journal up and running? I've really got no experience with anything like LJ.

There is? Goes to look...

Blimey, so there is! Who'd have thought it? :)

It's so easy, even an angst-ridden teenager can do it. And all of them have, apparently.
Just go to www.livejournal.com and check out their help pages.

You do need to either pay or get someone to give you an account key to get started. I've got a couple of spare account keys if anyone wants one, but you have to promise to actually use your journal, not just start one then never, ever use it, because that's really annoying. :)

I'm Annakie on LJ, also.

same user ID as here. My whole gaming group is on it, and we post a lot of the goings on for our campaign in a community journal.

As others have noted you need to either pay or have someone sponsor you with a code. You can learn all about it by reading the help pages. :)
