How much does Iron weigh per cubic foot? I need to tell how many longswords I can fabricate using a single wall of iron.

That is not a rules question!;)

All I can tell you is that it weighs about 7 800 kg/cu m. What that is expressed in your ridiculous measurements, I have no idea :D

That comes out to around 480 pounds per cubic foot.

However, if you're actually going to this much trouble (for the sake of accuracy, presumably), it would only make sense to point out that you'd really want to be making these things out of steel... :D

Steel is rated by it's carbon percentage, I think most modern swordsmiths try for something around 3.6%. No more than 6%, certainly...
