Not a bad little adventure!

Some things I'll do if I use it:
1) Borrin uses thugs to do the actual kidnappings - he wants plausible deniability if the kidnappers are caught in the act. He takes possession of the victims in a small room hidden off the cellars of a nearby tavern. The tavern is owned by another client of his (possibly also infected, but maybe not, and ignorant of the overall plan).

2) The killing spree happens in town as well; the victim family were ordinary laborers and their son had been running with a gang; Borrin got him off a charge of standing watch during a robbery. He is now working with Borrin, perhaps acting as a guard for the kidnap victims.

3) the first kidnap victim is the nephew or younger son or other not-too-important scion of a noble house, not a merchant. This branch of the family doesn't live in the noble's quarter, but in the old town quarter nearby; Borrin hopes that he will gain access to the noble's quarter through this boy, or through his next victim (whom this boy leads to).

I'm going to be running Ptolus, so that influences my changes!

I'd love to see anything else you've come up with.

Thanks Gilladian,
I like your ideas.
I've added another quick adventure The vampire nest.
I have another adventure the Lion man I will add next week (once I've finished running it).

You're welcome. Adventure ideas and plot seeds are my favorite topics to discuss. I really enjoy getting ideas from other people because it protects me from falling into a rut using just my own plots.

Where did you post the Vampire Nest?

You got the order of the attributes wrong in your tool. It's Int, Wis, Cha not Int Cha Wis. Otherwise, nice tool. It would be nice if you could tweak the skill allocation too.

Also you misspelled Roleplaying Games on your front page! The R in RPG is for Role not Roll.

Thanks for the comments Thaneal. You are right about the stats being in the wrong order. I am woking on a blog site for the monster generator at the moment and it has been corrected on that version. Should be released next week.
It will also be a completely new front page.
I am also working on a new version of the monster generator, including magic items and spells, so all comments are appreciated. You will be able to save your creation on-line so I think I will have to include skill allocation tweeks.

I am thinking of allowing users to submit there favorite NPCs to be veiwable by all, these will be searchable on race, CR, Class, and most viewed and ....

I was mentally comparing it to this site: Gaia Dream Avatar < tektek.org

You can build your avatar there and then save it. You can then optionally give it a name. You can search through all named avatars, I'm not sure if the unnamed avatars still get saved somehow.

In your case it would make sense to save all NPCs, as you can search by other criteria than name. OTOH only saving those NPCs that the user explicitly allows you is an option too. I for one wouldn't have a problem if every NPC i make there gets saved. Of course then you need to filter out the more nonsensical NPCs. (With the avatar site you can also save incomplete avatars). So perhaps a save only when named policy could probably cause a higher quality in NPCs.
