Werewolf in Hybrid form and armor questions

Let's say you have a dwarf barbarian. Normally his movement, sans restrictive armor, is 30 (20 normal plus 10 for being a barbarian). With Medium armor (speed dropped 30 -> 20 and 20 -> 15), his movement would be 25 (Dwarves are normally speed 20 which is dropped to 15 by the armor plus 10 for being a barbarian).

Now, for a lycanthrope, the speed is the character or animal's speed, dependant on what form they're in. So if they are in humanoid form, it would be the dwarf barbarian's speed of 25. If they are in wolf form, the speed would be a wolf's 50.

What about in hybrid form? Werewolves can take hybrid form, so what would the speed for it be as a dwarf barbarian? Also, if the hybrid dwarf barbarian wears Medium armor that restricts movement (30 -> 20 and 20 -> 15) what would the speed be in hybrid form wearing said armor?

Under the Werewolf stat block in the MM, under "Speed" it says:

50 ft. as wolf or hybrid

Checking the FAQ, it says under encumberance:

Base Speed:
50 40 30 20
Encumbered Speed:
35 30 20 15

This leads me to believe that a dwarven barbarian werewolf in hybrid form would have a 60 ft. speed in light armor, a 45 ft. speed in medium and a 35 ft. speed in heavy.
