Message: <blockquote data-quote="Nytmare" data-source="post: 6799981" data-attributes="member: 55178">I'm imagining that you're picturing snow covered pines and sweeping mountain ranges with little Austrian villages tucked into the side of them.  For cinematic winter wilderness inspiration, I'd suggest Revenant (in theaters now) and maybe The Grey.  I think there was another movie that came out maybe about 15 years ago...  I can't remember the name, but it was another western-winter movie about basically another revenant, though I think they referred to him as a wendigo.  [EDIT]AH, RAVENOUS!  It had a really weird discordant soundtrack as well.[/EDIT]My first thought is "How long have they been living with this?"  Is lycanthropy something new to their family, or is this something that the children, or even the parents, have lived with their entire lives?My second is "Why was Morgelyn dumb enough to get caught?"Following this line of thought, (and forgive me for running off on a random tangent) but let's pretend that we're only following this line of questions out so that no suspicious player catches you off guard: <ul> <li data-xf-list-type="ul"> Did Horsi have anything to gain by pointing an accusing finger at Morgelyn? </li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul"> Is there any actual proof that Morgelyn and her family are the ones attacking people? </li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul"> What flavor of werewolves are you running with?  Are they giant bipedal wolves, or are the human beings underneath still recognizable? </li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul"> What happened to Helmar's body?  Is there a chance of him coming back? </li> </ul>The kind of counter-plot my brain is running with is "What if there's an individual or group who either discovered, or suspected the families secret,  and they're just pulling strings to either take a competitor out of the way or lay claim to the family's wealth (The Carpenters Guild? Arvandus Balian?)Sorry to run things off the tracks right out of the gate...</blockquote>
