Stuff Mr. Beef is watching. I'm not watching all that much television right now because I don't have cable or satellite where I'm house sitting, but when I get to go home and watch some television here's what I watch. Dr. Who I like rose as his assistant because it's about time he had someone that was attractive and had a sense of wonder about it all. I really do not like this new Doctor though (the one airing on the Sci-Fi channel.) he's just trying too hard to play cute and nice. I liked the previous Doctor that aired last season on Sci-Fi and is currently aired on BBC America. He seems way more Doctor like than any of the ones I've seen recently. His speech to Rose in his regeneration scene at the end of the season drove me to tears. House M.D. I have a like for Medical Shows ever since ER, but seeing how ER has lost every character that I liked (Dr. Mark Greene is a personal hero of mine) I have moved on. House is a show that keeps me watching simply because it has a smaller cast and they can focus on plot devlopment as well as character interaction. I also like seeing the disease of the week. I'm like, why can it not be something simple like Rickets or Scurvy? It's got to be something that takes a long time to diagnose and requires tests, an MRI scan or both. Hugh Laurie's American accent is so good it fooled me the first time I heard it. When you go to the Fox web site or see him interviewed he speaks with a British accent. Scrubs I like this show for one reason, it makes me laugh. They have done so much with a stuffed (Taxidermied) dog that it makes me want to have one of my dogs stuffed when he has to move on to the next plane. With supporting characters like The Todd and Dr. Kelso to be there just for comic relief just makes the show better. If you don't believe me that Scrubs is funny just go to youtube.com and search for Scrubs. When I'm feeling down all I have to do is watch Scrubs and I feel much better after half an hour. 1 vs 100 I know this is game show, and most of the game shows out there these days are designed to be brainless, but at least for this one you have to know something about literally anything. I place this in my top three game shows to watch at least once a week along with Jeopardy and The Price is Right. NCIS I watched an episode of this show a few days ago and I really liked it. I'm not one for criminal investigation shows that go into the science of it all (like the CSI's); I just want to see justice done after 60 minutes with commercials. The goth lab tech character is kind of attractive so I don't see why we cannot have some eye candy with our shows. Gilmore Girls Although the show has taken a turn for the worst for the first half of this season I'm still holding out hope that they will pull it out in the second half. It seems like all the main characters have taken 180 degree turns and are direct opposites of themselves. I also kind of have a crush on the Lorelai character in the show. I hate Logan with the fury of a thousand stars for jacking around Rory's character so much. In fact if he was in my D&D game I would send a character with a Heavy Crossbow of Bane (human), Distance, Seeking after him. There's no escaping a crossbow with those enhancements unless you surround yourself with walls. I think that's all I watch. Just my 1/4 Pound. Mr. Beef
