Probably has something to do with my being a Creative Writing major...  That Atlas is truly a work of art. I showed it to a friend at work (whom I'm indoctrinating into the cult of D&D), since I can't share it with any of my regular players yet, and she raved about the detail. We both love the trade production maps, the language trees, and I'm impressed with the Mercater projection of the contenent. With a little PhotoShopping, I can print out what look like poorly-made hand drawn maps to hand out to my players. The campaign book is tasty, and the PH is crunchy, but the level of detail in the Atlas probably is what sold me on the setting.</blockquote>
