OK. First, please understand the following: I am not trying to bait you or be bitter. I'm just wanting to speak a bit on the issues of publishing. Other's opinions DO matter to me, and the comments I have seen have shaped the way I do business. First: Who defines quality? What is quality? I have seen people call any map that is not hand drawn "poor quality" regardless of how good it looks. I seen people bash a book for a single typo. I have seen people attack books for having too much 'fluff' and not enough 'crunch'. Heck, I've seen people say they won't buy from small publishing houses because they are ALL poor quality. I'm not saying you (or anyone else) has done this, just that such things have been defined as such. Second: I deal in PDF publications. Sadly, sight unseen of the final product is a limitation of the medium. It does not help that nobody really uses the RPGNOW comment system very often. Third: It's d20 modern. It's almost as small a group as the D&D -> GameMasters -> 'Needs a setting book' group. Based on that, I can't expect that I will sell very many books. Anyway, I'm a slow learner. I have released a small PDF called 'Modern Fantasy: Paladins and Priests'. I'm also working on 'Rangers and Druids'. I'm also working on 'Dryden: Hero or Horror' as a racial class/monster sourcebook for d20 Fantasy, Modern, and Future. If these sell well, I'll take you up on more d20M books. I will also look into d20 Future as well. Thanks for your input, John Bowden
