What are your first characters?

Ignoring stats and powers for now to avoid getting into a discussion about the best starting sets, what are your basic character and concepts?

Rannen Stargazer, half-elf warlord. A free spirit, with the sky as his ceiling and the grass as his bunk, he seeks adventure on an endless road.

Imrik Al'luhan, eladrin wizard. A driven scholar and adventurer, he seeks the path to unlock the secrets of the past and discover the truely untapped potential of the arcane.

Petcar, dragonborn Warlock who made a deal with the devil to gain his powers. He sought power to protect those he cares about - but may have given up far more than he got in return.

My current character is Xinrean, a dragonborn warlord. He is currently travelling with his brood brother Exorix (a dragonborn warlock) to find the last surviving member of their former squad, after they were separated and slaughtered during an assault on some unnamed city.

Currently we are playing KotS, and our DM used this hook instead of the "lost mentor" hook mentioned in the adventure. It also gave me a reason to consider multiclassing into Warlock (Infernal), even if it is subobtimal for a Charisma-based warlord.

Wormwood, Tiefling Warlock, who has been deluded into believing that it is his destiny to forge the Second Great Age of Bael Turath.

I'm DMing one group, but happily a member of that group is happy to DM on alternate weeks with me, so I get to play too!

I shall be playing a Warforged Warlord in a Norse-themed game. He doesn't have a name or stats yet, but he has recently been thawed out from a glacier after a long period of sleep. He was created aeons ago to fight against a great foe, but now his memory is damaged and his purpose is unclear.

Still, he knows how to swing a weapon, and how to lead a group in combat, and he's looking for something to do...
