That's a tough one... :) A non-good chaotic Paladin might be possible. Just think for example of a sort of anarchist who strongly believes that laws, rulership and governments are all forms of usurperies (new word?), inevitably ending up in violence over the weak and exploited by the selfish, pervertions of the natural balance of peaceful coexistance of people, which doesn't need any 'enforcement of artificial rules'. A bit of a stretch, but I think it would make sense, and you could call it an "Oath of Freedom" or even an "Oath of Anarchy". But an "Oath of Madness"? Well why not, but it's even more difficult to pull it off... There would have to be a way to actually promote madness, and while I could see some destructive chaotic evil to be also mad (e.g. Demogorgon), I am not sure it's the same thing. An "Oath of Destruction" would simply mean your Paladin would work and fight to spread destruction (i.e. destroying as much as he can), but how can you work and fight to spread madness... not sure if killing and destroying things actually promotes madness, it's not that anybody becomes mad. I could rather see a Cleric of Madness trying to spread madness with devious schemes, or simply with poison, disease and curses. I have a harder time thinking how fighting (which is what generally a Paladin does more compared to a Cleric of a similar ethos) can help the cause of Madness.
