What CR is this?

What CR and thus how much XP would you give a character if they had to fight another equal level character or creature alone?

To clarify:

Let's say a Fighter 7th level has to fight an NPC fighter of 7th level alone.

OR

A 7th level wizard gets to fight a 7th level cleric alone.

What's the CR and therefore how much XP?

The CR and the XP award do not change. He simply does not have to share his XP with anybody else, should he survive.
