what does the feat Air Heritage do?

Don't know what book it is in, but a web search turned up this:
+2 bonus to Balance and Jump checks with light load, +30 ft fly speed

It's from the Planar handbook. It's pretty much what werk said, with the fly speed bonus being: +30 ft. fly speed, up to a maximum of the creatures original speed.

So an air mephling with this feat gets +10 ft. fly speed.
