Would you consider Xendrik in Eberron with its vast unknown jungle continent and continental explorers seeking to exploit the dragonshard resources amid the monster rich environment a fantasy Africa?

Call of Cthulhu has source books for Morocco and Kenya.

And various adventures are set in Egypt. Masks of Nyalatharp has some, I think that there are others

So:

South of the Sun for Ars Magica by Atlas Games.

Dark Continent: Adventures & Exploration in Darkest Africa by New Breed.

Kindred of the Ebony Kingdom by White Wolf for Vampire the Masquerade.

A bunch of Dragon Magazine articles.

Secrets of Congo for Call of Cthulhu.

David,
I seem to recall a Dragon article, "The Dark Continent". Hmm, now whose name was that, again? ;).

To the OP, I would recommend checking out this article if you can.

Didn't the old D&D 'known world' setting have a counterpart of Africa? Lord knows they had a counterpart of everything else...
