So much so that I annoy other people when I point out fonts and their names. Our fonts are chosen per project. Violet Dawn has its own set style, and I try and find fonts that accommodate that well. In addition, I try not to use any fonts which are seen a lot. Examples would be asrafel, morpheus, stonecross, papyrus, scythe, celtic, etc.Before we choose fonts for a new project, I usually look through what I have and experiment with various font families. I also don't mind payng money for fonts, because most other publishers just use what is readily available. One of the new fonts I just picked for the Avadnu Primer was like $60, but I think its worth it.The style of the font (serif or sans serif), the line space, kerning and tracking, and readibility are what dictate the point size of a font. I have a rough idea of what I'm aiming for, but it isn't until I sit down and work on a mock layout that I can come up with hard and fast numbers.I know this is more of an objective answer, but I hope it helps.</blockquote>
