what genre or name would you label a type of game that deals with undead, high-magic, high-tech, angels/demons, and post modern type decaying world???

Actually, sounds like a lot of fun...
I would call it Post Modern Gothic Fantasy
A few years back (1995 I believe), when Origins was in Philadelphia, a group ran a World of Darkness live game that allowed PC's in all the genres of WoD and even included Devils (and I presume Angels as well, though I never never encountered any). With the gadgetry of the MiB the magic of the Garou, The Undead and the non-techno mages, it pretty much had the feel you are looking for, it was LOTS of fun.
