There's far, far too many ways this is 100% icky.  I mean, replace dragon with, say, Aboleth.  If you banged out a Half-Aboleth race created by the polluted runoff from an Aboleth's lair, I'm thinking that's pretty icky.  There's entire horror stories written about that sort of thing.</blockquote>
