My DM likes to have me roll my stats and then he makes the rest of the character, and I choose my skill ranks and feats and so on. I calculated it all up, 6 for hit dice, 3 for toughness, and 5 for a con of 20. All together that makes <u>14</u><em> not</em> <u>16</u>. Anyhow, I highly appreciate it.<img src="https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/joypixels/assets/8.0/png/unicode/64/1f600.png" class="smilie smilie--emoji" loading="lazy" width="64" height="64" alt=":D" title="Big grin :D" data-smilie="8"data-shortname=":D" /> My whole character is messed up that way. I sometimes worry about my DM, specially because he's my brother.<img src="https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/joypixels/assets/8.0/png/unicode/64/1f642.png" class="smilie smilie--emoji" loading="lazy" width="64" height="64" alt=":)" title="Smile :)" data-smilie="1"data-shortname=":)" /> About the fighting part, I know you guys are all right. And, I mean, it's not like I was just going to run straight at some Ogre Mage like some Barbarian, or Fighter<img src="https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/joypixels/assets/8.0/png/unicode/64/1f61b.png" class="smilie smilie--emoji" loading="lazy" width="64" height="64" alt=":p" title="Stick out tongue :p" data-smilie="7"data-shortname=":p" /> . I would never do that, seeing as my spells do more damage than my spear could ever do. By the way, what is Mithral Breastplate, could I find it in the PHB or what? I have 1050 gp, would that be enough to afford it? but again, thanx for all the tips. About maxing tumble to flank, why would I do that if I can just shoot orbs at people? Flanking means I have to get close and I'm not like a <em>fighter</em> or anything <img src="https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/joypixels/assets/8.0/png/unicode/64/1f642.png" class="smilie smilie--emoji" loading="lazy" width="64" height="64" alt="(:" title="Smile (:" data-smilie="1"data-shortname="(:" />D) I would just get myself killed if I just tried to walk up to something just to make it easier to hit him.<img src="https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/joypixels/assets/8.0/png/unicode/64/1f609.png" class="smilie smilie--emoji" loading="lazy" width="64" height="64" alt=";)" title="Wink ;)" data-smilie="2"data-shortname=";)" /></p></blockquote><p></p>
Thanks for all the tips. I hope one day to be like you.;) I am not really sure how I got 16 hit points. My DM likes to have me roll my stats and then he makes the rest of the character, and I choose my skill ranks and feats and so on. I calculated it all up, 6 for hit dice, 3 for toughness, and 5 for a con of 20. All together that makes 14 not 16. Anyhow, I highly appreciate it.:D My whole character is messed up that way. I sometimes worry about my DM, specially because he's my brother.:) About the fighting part, I know you guys are all right. And, I mean, it's not like I was just going to run straight at some Ogre Mage like some Barbarian, or Fighter:p . Flanking means I have to get close and I'm not like a fighter or anything (:D) I would just get myself killed if I just tried to walk up to something just to make it easier to hit him.;)
