What is the Annotated PHB?

Oki, have you seen the images from GenCon at GamingReport?

Among them is a picture of Skip William's Annotated Player's Handbook.

Has anyone any clue as to what this is? Tired to look att FFE's site, but found no information there.

My understanding is this (according to Skip at "Cry Havoc Boot Camp"

It's by him, released under the Fast Forward Entertainment brand, and contains the SRD with his Sage Advice, both past and current, as annotations.

I'm afraid I know little else.
