What is the best form for Yuan-Ti Tainted One?

Yuan-Ti Tainted One in Monsters of Faerun can polymorph into snake or snake-like form. What should be the best form for them? They usually have 3-6 HD, but can be better. And they can polymorph into large monster if needed. Any idea?
