What is the fate of Legends & Lairs?

Does anyone know what will happen to the Legends & Lairs line from Fantasy Flight Games? They've been available as PDFs from DriveThruRPG / RPGNow for $5 each forever, but since they're d20 I suspect they will disappear at the end of the year. I have emailed the company to find out what the fate of the line will be, but have not heard anything back.

Does anyone know what will happen to them? I've really liked them, particularly the ones written by Mike Mearls.

You'll know January 1st. If you have bought the PDF then make several back up copies kept in various locations of various buildings so one fire won't wipe out all your copies and you'll have them forever.

Plus, as long as FFG lets the PDF sites keep the files, they will continue to keep them available for your 4 or 5 additional downloads. They just cannot be bought/sold after December 31st if the d20 logo is kept on them. And only from distributors. Physical Stores can have them on their shelves for the next 20 years and sell them.
