Well, Regdar is usually shown wearing scale armor with a helmet that is made of overlapping plates on the top and back, this guy has chainmal and a helmet that is solid on top and one flap in the back. Regdar's armor has spikes on both sides, this guy only on the left. Tordek's armor has never been portayed as having that much gold in it, even as an epic level character. Tordek's armor is more angular and has a goblin and dragon theme from the first time we see him until he is epic level. This dwarf has rounded armor with dwarf faces on it. Tordek weilds an axe, this guy has a hammer. Also, Tordek keeps the braids on the back of his head gathered into a bundle, not loose like this dwarf. Tordek is not bald. Gimble is blond with pointed features and an elaborate layered outift with knee boots, a cloak and a long, thin musical instrument. This guy is dark-haired with rounded features, a hat and a very simple outfit, no cloak and a shorter, rounded musical instrument. Lidda is dark-haired with multiple braids that start at the hairline, her outift doesn't show off her cleavage, and she has no piercings (apparently not even her ears). This gal has lighter hair that is either buzzed off or pulled back into a pony tail/single braid that starts behind the head which we cannot see, is showing off the goods, and has ear and facial piercings. Also, Lidda's face generally appears to be thinner than this one's. I think we can all agree that little miss Abs-of-Mithril has nothing in common with Mialee but her race and a fondness for midriff baring outfits. The simplest answer though is that if Lockwood was going to include the iconics, it would make a lot more sense to include all of the original "basic class" iconics. Regardless of who you think these people are though, it is obvious that Jozan, Krusk, Mialee, Ember, Nebin, soveliss, Alhandra, Vadania and Hennet aren't present (we'll give Devis a pass since Gimble took his job); not even one of them. The whole idea behind the iconics is that they are instantly recognizable as "themselves". With that in mind, if there are supposed to be iconics in this picture, they aren't very recognizable. This has been like one of those "Spot the Differences" puzzles. :D Still acting as my wallpaper. Love this picture...
