www.opengamingfoundation.org has links to the various parts of the d20 System Reference Document, as well as the various d20 license agreements. Some of the SRD section hyperlinks point to the officially released portions hosted on the WOTC site, others have not been officially released but are available for use under the so-called 'gentlemen's agreement' for the license. (I think women are allowed to use them too. ) The SRD contains all of the core rules for D&D except for character creation and advancement. It also lacks the examples, flavor text, illustrations, etc. from the core books.

I have no doubt that someone has put the actual books up on the 'net somewhere. If anyone knows where, please don't post it here, the moderators wouldn't like it. Just e-mail the information directly to me at: legaldepartment@wizards.com . Thanks!
