Irresistible.  Against her spells, you get no Spell Resistance because her spells are also considered Supernatural Abilities and those bypass Magic Resistance.  So, ye old 7th level Southern Dweomerkeeper/Cleric comes north, hits Larloch (who is 40th level, I believe, even in 3rd edition) with a Quickened, Irresistible, Supernatural (No SR) Charm Monster.  Presto! Larloch now does what she tells him to.  She then goes to Shadowdale and hits Elminster with a Quickened Irresistible Supernatural Magic Jar, takes over his body, then proceeds to hit the Seven Sisters (one by one) with Quickened Irresistible Supernatural Feebleminds.  And then she takes over Shade Enclave with her Quickened Irresistible Supernatural Dominate Person spells, and ...  Is this about right?  There is only one good answer to such a situation, assuming the DM allows this kind of thing, and assuming it is played out:  Nuke Southern Faerun from Orbit.  It's the only way to be sure.  <img src="https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/joypixels/assets/8.0/png/unicode/64/1f642.png" class="smilie smilie--emoji" loading="lazy" width="64" height="64" alt=":)" title="Smile    :)"  data-smilie="1"data-shortname=":)" /></blockquote>
