Why on earth would any AD&D halfling have ever adventured?  In 3rd edition, it makes more sense, but I still don't like 'em much.  Gnomes I don't mind so much though.  The campaign I'm DMing actually has a gnome NPC -- the party convinced Erky Timbers from the Sunken Citadel to stick around.</p></blockquote><p></p>
