I guess I'm personally falling down on the job a little here, since I'm a very regular blogger and I do write product reviews from time to time, and I've been running WotBS for a year and a half, and I write very little about it. I've also run the first two sessions of ZEITGEIST with a different group, and I haven't written about it yet, either. Hey, I'm running three campaigns; cut me some slack! My thoughts: I'm really enjoying WotBS, and my players are, too. For an online game, I'm quite pleased that three of my original five players are still in the game a year and a half in at level 18. We're moving into the final chapter of Adventure Six and just ran the lift encounter last night - and it was awesome! I do have to re-do all of the monster math, but that's easy for me to do in MapTool. As for ZEITGEIST, I have so many good things to say about it. I participated in the play-by-forum playtest of the first two adventures with Ryan a year ago, and loved it right then (although it helps that Ryan is REALLY good at writing compelling combat scenes with PCs). It's awesome to actually be running it now. ZEITGEIST does require the right group in order to work well; I think most of my group is a little too combat-focused to be a great fit for the campaign, so I'm going to be tossing in a few extra fights (unusual after running WotBS, which runs much better if I omit a few fights). Still, I love the production values and the rich back story. These adventures are fun to just READ! They require a ton of prep on the DM's part (you've got to know the plot and NPCs cold to do it justice), but it's worth it. So, there you go. I'm a fan of both WotBS and ZEITGEIST.
