Well, I can't speak from experience. But the mv.whatever.com indicates that the website is from the Maldives, which has the official language of Dhivehi, and it looks similar enough.
 

I had cast about and found some sources that said that it was a language called Paralingua which is supposed to be an artificial language for information transmission. But I'll check Dhivehi.
