Good to see you around!Indeed, I couldn't remember that it was the Visigoths and the Ostrogoths, no merely the "Goths". The eastern and western tribes of Goths, though, and each were somewhat distinct. The Visigoths, as you mentioned, swept into Spain and North Africa. Eventually, unfortunately for them, they were conquered and annihilated. The Ostrogoths, hmmm. They may have settled in Italy. Or maybe they absorbed with the Germans and the Franks. I can't remember right now.
