(A significant feature of the feat which is often neglected.+2 str helps with javelins.+2 helps with grappling and athletics in generalAC greater than 16 makes the feat less usefulSo the feat is quite useful but at least at that point the best you can hope for is a 50% increase in damage and you are still risking not to hit at all, even against lower AC targets and that is not always worth risking.</blockquote>
