What needs to be in the Goblet of Fire movie? [spoilers]

Flexor the Mighty!

18/100 Strength!
This is a big book and there are going to have to be cuts to keep it around the 3 hour mark, I can't see them doing a decent adaption in less time than that. Anyway what plot points and scenes must be kept in to keep the feel of the book in the movie?

Points I think must be kept in.
1. The Triwizard tourney. - This is the device that drives the plot of the movie so of course it has to be there. This also adds more to the romantic subplot that is brewing between Ron & Hermione.

2. The opening scene of the Weaslys picking Harry up and the ruckus that ensues. It will be funny to see Dudley after eating the ton-tongue toffy and the riot that follows.

3. At least a bit of the Quiddich World Cup to briefly establish Winky and to show the Dark Mark and Barty Crouch.

4. The Voldemort/Death Eaters/duel with Harry scene.

5. The intro scene, at the Riddle House.

6. The Barty Crouch Jr./Mad-Eye plot.

7. The Pensive.

Rita Skinner and that whole deal can be glossed over, as can the Hagrid/Madam Maxine plot. Sirius would get very little face time, maybe a quick scene at the end.

im not staying completely up on this
but I believe its already been said that neither Sirius nor the Dursleys will be in movie 4.
Whether they do the Voldemort scene during the credits is questionable but I think they said theyre starting at the Quidditch World Cup.

Unlike the others, I think there is less important exposition here.
Just do the tourney, do the ending, and hit the character spots in the middle.

They better not screw up the ending...

...it was such a great downer while setting up such good stuff to come, the way Empire Strikes Back also did. The ending was the only part of the film of Azkaban that I didn't like; it felt like it didn't hit all of the emotional highs that the book did (which redeemed all the awful things that had happened to Harry in the first three books). As long as the ending is appropriately dark, I don't really care what they toss out of the rest of the story.

Stevelabny: I had heard that the film would start at the Weasleys with Harry already there, before they go to the Quidditch Cup. I heard he has the Riddle House dream there. Keeping the Weasley house scene would help establish what a Portkey is, which is important for the last act.
