Semi-useless items Mug of the Knight of the Mug - Inspired by the drunken prestige class, this fancy drinking mug is owned by Sho Ironstones, a famous dwarven fighter NPC. When banged on the table, it refills with a medium-quality ale. Despite many attempts by PC's to purchase it, he has never let it go. Cloak of the Gnat - Similar to the Cloak of the Bat, it allows the user to Feather Fall as desired, but makes an extremely annoying buzzing sound as the user floats down. Costner's Tin Cups - Looks like a set of common tin cups, but work like a walkie-talkie when spoken into. Any liquids in the cup bubble madly if someone speaks into another member of the set. Wheel O' Heal - Produced by clerics of Ilmater, this hex-shaped wooden frame holds six triangular potion bottles, the corks of which are held in place by a thin wire that is wound along the outer edges. The user simply turns the wheel around until the desired potion is on top, then flips the wire out of the way and pulls the cork out with his teeth. Comes with a handy belt fastener.
