D&D 5E What spell can summon a memphit?

I don't have my books and was wondering what's the lowest spell that can summon a 1/2 CR elemental.

Summon minor elemental. I think it's a level 5 or 6 spell. I'll double check later.

Isn't that the Conjure Minor Elementals?

4th level conjuration get you up to 1 2CR, up to 2 1CR, up to 4 1/2 CR, or up to 8 1/4 CR.

Available to Druids or Wizards.
