Mid-way through the campaign, I was struck blind by a spell. Ironic, but the Keeper didn't think the spell was that impressive for the cost. Then he read me the description: "The victim's eyes melt out of their sockets" so permanent. The party agreed to lead me around at risk to themselves because no one else was willing to read any books - I had a Mythos skill of ~50%. The campaign ended when the bad guys set off a nuke and fully summoned Nyarlythotep into the world.</blockquote>
