On BFG's nightstand: TOH2: I think I like this book better than ToH! I have already used a couple of the undead & templates for recent encounters. A quality monster book, up there in 3rd party utility with CC1 & CC2. I will certainly be using it more than "Legacy of the Dragons", another recent monster book purchase. COMPLETE DIVINE: Hmm. So far I am less impressed with this book than I was with Complete Warrior. The Greyhawk God details might have something to do with that, and not more than one or two PrC's jumped out at me and said "cool". EDGE OF INFINITY: Most of the Planes as presented seem to be watered down ( more PC friendly ) versions of the great wheel cosmology planes. The Zodiac planes on the other hand are very original, and present some really unique roleplaying possibilities. BONEGARDEN: A different idea for an adventure book. Encounters are detailed, but overall plot and continuity are largely left open for DM - I like that. Plus there is a lot of online support for this book in the form of web-enhancements. I'm planning on using this in about 3 months when my party is at the appropriate level. NOCTURNALS: Also a really different book. If you took out ALL the "crunch" ( Game stats for PC'& NPC's mostly), this book would still be 145 pages. GREAT artwork. A luxury book if you play M&M. An essential if you are a fan of the comic. Looking forward to getting in the next few months: IKCG - For those who know what this is - Rumor is that it has finished it's layout stage and is headed to the printers! ( I'm not holding my breath, however ) Thieves quarter - like MM says, beautiful maps! I just didn't have the coin to bring this home with my last time. Fields of Blood - I have been holding out for a second printing, but haven't seen one yet. Midnight's Sorcery and Shadow - Love this setting! Eberron - Yes, I'll be buying it!
