What would you do with 21 levels?

Given 21 levels, no restriction on race, access to all core books, splat books, quintessential books, and forgotten realms books what would your character be? Personally I would be an Elf 3 cleric / 3 wizard/ 10 mystic theurge / 5 archmage. Chances are if it's a spell I can cast it.

Monk 1/Wizard 4/Ur Priest 2/Mystic Theurge 10/3.0 Archmage 3 (Spell Power +6)/Heirophant 1 (Spell Power +2)

Spells known as a 17th level Wizard, 21st level Ur Priest, with access to 9th level arcane and divine spells, Caster level = 25 for arcane/29 for divine spells.

Advancement over the next few levels would be, 4 more levels in Heirophant, picking Spell Power +2 each time, then 10 levels of True Necromancer for ECL 35, cast as a 43rd level wizard, 56th level Ur-Priest. Use 3 magic tattoos from Forgotten Realms Campaign Sourcebook to make that 43/59
