Just got back from the store. 1) Alas, no Planescape modules (although there is a fiction paperback of Planescape). 2) I took a closer look at the boxed sets. No basic but there's intermediate and advanced. =) 3) I made a mistake with the pricing of the modules. It's $2 (roughly) for two modules. =) It's $2 for a boxed set. 4) Here's what a friend posted in our mailing list with regards to what he found: "Top Secret boxed set and various modules (and a Top Secret Companion sourcebook too) Top Secret SI modules Star Frontiers boxed sets (Alpha Dawn and Knight Hawk), figurine boxed sets, and modules Mertwig's Maze (a few) by Tom Wham The World of Krynn (in pretty good shape) book, NOVELS, MODULES, and COMIC BOOKS. AD&D hardcover books (didn't see which ones), plus old school modules (like the classic Descent into the Vault of the Drow!) Buck Rogers XXV modules and books Some Sniper! modules and novels (old) Some Battletech stuff (old) Some Shadowrun stuff (old) Some old FASA wargame stuff - Imperium SF wargames... Some Marvel Superheroes stuff" With regards to modules (going with Dragon's top 30 adventures of all time), yes, I saw Descent into the Vault of the Drow. Also saw The Lost Caverns of Tsojcanth. There were also various "slave" modules. There's a ton of Atlas of Dragonlance but the price is nearly $3 (of course if anyone wants to acquire some two dozen copies of them feel free to contact me). And of course a bulk of the modules there are Dragonlance stuff. And yes, lots of Dungeoneer Survival Guide (and the other survival guide written by Kim Mohan). 5) If you have friends/acquaintances in Manila, feel free to direct them to me and I will give them instructions on how to get to the place. 6) As much as I want to get them for everyone in EnWorld, I simply don't have the capital to do so. Minimum wage in the Philippines is around $8 a day, not $8 an hour. I'm not earning minimum wage but neither am I the CEO of a company. But my bigggest problem will be shipping it. Last time I shipped a book to the US (via Fed-Ex) it cost me nearly $30. I can probably ship it by boat and it'll reduce the cost to half that but you know humidity and weather aren't the best friend of books (it might arrive ruined by the time it gets there). 7) I have a friend who's going to New Jersey in mid-May. Maybe we can work something out with regards to that. =)
