In before the beginning...

Non-Fiction:

1001 Natural Wonders You Must See Before You Die (research for some of my fiction novels - very useful book)
The E-Myth Enterprise (didn't get to start it in August)

Fiction:

Painted Ladies - a great Spenser case and novel
Kings of the North - I really like the historical fiction of Cecelia Holland, especially her Viking series. This one takes place in England. Her book set in Constantinople was extremely good.

Books on CD (Recorded/Audio):

Multiple Streams of Income
Life is a Series of Presentations

Lectures:

Citadels of Power - the castle in history and archaeology - I've never heard Thomas Finan lecture but I'm looking forwards to it

eBook or my Google Library:

Physics - by Charles Mann
Robin Hood - a collection of all the ancient songs and ballads

I'm rereading the first four books in A Song of Ice and Fire before I dive into the fifth book, A Dance With Dragons. Currently I'm on A Clash of Kings.

I´ve just finished Ian Irvine´s fantasy epos, the Three Worlds Cycle series.

The first cycle is a quartet called "The Wiew from the Mirror" which consists of the following books:

* A Shadow on the Glass
* The Tower on the Rift
* Dark is the Moon
* The Way between the Worlds

next up is a quartet called "Well of Echoes" which consists of the following books:

* Geomancer
* Tetrarch
* Alchymist *
* Chimaera

and finally we have a triology called "The Song of the Tears" which consists of the following books:

* The Fate of the Fallen *
* The Curse on the Choosen
* The Destiny of the Dead

This is solid and well written fantasy, well worth a read. I found a review that says everything that I want to say about these books:

I'm still busy reading Sherlock Holmes stories. I've finished the first two novels and the first compilation of short stories. Currently I'm reading the second collection of short stories, next will be 'The Hound of the Baskervilles'.

Nothing at the moment. I just finished a book yesterday and now I need to find something I haven't read before (before I pick up a book I have read before).

I'm reading The Last Werewolf by Glen Duncan. He's a smart-ass and thinks himself far more clever than he actually is, but the book is interesting, so far.
