General pricing guides with the dm having the final ruling about what it should cost. Also, having everyones armors 'linked' is a good plan (3.5 psionics handbook). 6k each and you can talk with everyone else within 10 miles by thought alone. Great in combat, great out of combat. Instant communication is incredibly powerful!maybe get your weapon enchanted with parrying? +1 insight to ac and saving throws (vs spells and powers only) for 8k isnt too bad.Gloves of object reading can really help out in certain situations.
