I think it's fair to say that a lot of people initially just assumed there would be an OGL, and that articles like the one I linked were probably not worth really considering.But over time this issue got discussed more and more. I certainly think various stuff post November 11th further increased the visibility of the issue, but it was a highly predictable issue, and nothing unexpected.</blockquote>
