That would also be fine.I'm just pointing out that there's a LOT of stuff in the PHB that for most purposes you don't ever actually need to recreate, depending on what you're building. The Drow PC rules are one of those things, for most use cases. Unless you're building a new stand alone game you probably don't need it, and that means any debate on what OGL rules you could start from and how close to what's in WotC's PHB rules you can get without running into legal problems is really kind of pointless.</blockquote>
