What's In Dungeon 141?

Dungeon #141 is shrink-wrapped at all of my FLGS, and Paizo doesn't have any details on their site.

What are the adventures, levels, articles inside? Are they good, bad, or ugly?

Specifically, I want to know as much as I can about the Beholder adventure. What levels is it for? Have you played it? How did it go? Is it a "cool" map?

Or you could find the thread for Dungeon 141. I'm sure someone knows where it is.

That being said I liked it but I was/am more stoked for Dungeon 142/143.

The shrink wrap is to keep the map for the Sea Wyvern from being lost.
