Kaptain, Thanks for taking a look at Geanavue! Glad you liked it! I thought I'd give a little more info on a couple of your points, if you don't mind... :) Originally, the plan was to have the portside town of Loona (some 20 miles or so to the southeast of Geanavue) detailed as well. But the more we looked at it, the more we realized that it had so much going on that it wouldn't even fit in the book. The plan is to have Ed expand a bit upon what he's already written for Loona and publish it as a separate city supplement, along with maps and all... We decided to release Geanavue as our first city supplement because it's one of the more prosperous, cosmopolitan cities with enough of a fantasy feel and humanoid influence that most fantasy gamers would feel comfortable with it. "Grittier" cities like Loona and Gillia, and the dark theocracies (Slen) and slave nations (Pel Brolenon) will eventually be detailed as well. And the desert lich kingdom in the Khydoban Desert.... :) Wow! Guess everyone's got different taste. :) So far every other opinion I've heard has said it's either 'good' or 'beautiful.' Yeah, I was in the gaming store last week and saw FIVE different city supplements on the shelf (including Geanavue). Blew me away. Fortunately, I'm proud to say that Geanavue was far and away the thickest, and the one with a beautiful color map. Anyway, thanks for the review! You gave pros and cons in an honest and straightforward manner! Mark Plemmons Kenzer & Company
