This is known to very few people in the kingdom but it is undeniable legal tradition - whoever the Opal Fist designates to be king becomes king.</p><p></p><p>As the PC's learn more they will learn who actually controlled the Infernal Monks - and just how close he is to being able to make himself monarch.
