Ok, before I go on, realize I was 15yrs old and kinda, well sucked as a DM. So having said that.... I was running a homebrew setting that was a mishmash of a variety of influences and two of my players were playing ninjas. The weird thing was that one both players were male but one played a super hot promiscuous ninja who had sex with the high charisma PC and NPC males and whichever attractive female NPCs looked her way.... How very weird. Well that isn't it. The male ninja and the female ninja had a grudge of some kind and they both carried a supply of explosive arrows(?). Well one day when the entire party was on griffonback the male ninja shoots the female ninja in the back with an explosive arrow not only damaging her, but causing all of her 20+ explosive arrows to blow up. Needless to say their was hot girl ninja chunks and griffon feathers everywhere. The player was incensed and insisted he create something he called the Iron Ninja, a ninja dedicated to avanging her death. I said no because it was a pure metagame concept (as if that was the only problem going on in the game at the time). He was furious and I, being a bit of a weak DM at the time allowed the Iron Ninja into the game and this character successfully slaughtered the other player's offending ninja. The character then left the group and the player rolled up a fighter and that was that. I think it was expereinces in my early days as a DM that transformed me into the strict but fair DM I am today. :) Chris
