It was a short 38 years ago today I was brought into this universe. But a more important time, it was 26 years ago today I got a little red box for my birthday (come to think of it, it was the only thing I got). With it's warrior and dragon on the front and the strange orbs that came with it, I was hooked.  I remember reading the mini adventure that took you into a cave to meet a pretty young girl. And then facing an evil wizard who summoned a magical arrow that killed her. I could picture all this in my head as I read and I couldn't wait to get started. And so I got my friends to put down their Transformers and G.I. Joes (that was hard trust me) and join me at the table for our first adventure (where the carrion crawler under the door killed everyone and they didn't want to play again for a month). And look what I got this year for my B-day.<---------------------------------------- Finally!!
