No way....I've grown to hate 3e over the years, I'll never run it let alone play in a 3.x game ever again. So I've been looking for a back up game "just in case"......which will probably be Savage Worlds with Fantasy craft (used with the henchmans edition) as a close second.Do you got a back up?
